Why So Many AI-Built Products Fall Apart
A lot of product managers think AI is making them better at building products. Sometimes it is. But a lot of the time, it is just helping them make mistakes faster.

I've spent my career working across product and engineering — leading teams at some of the largest technology companies in the world and building companies from scratch. I've founded two companies and taken both from idea to exit, which taught me what it really takes to turn something from nothing into a real business.
Along the way, I've worked on applying AI and machine learning to real problems — helping teams make better decisions and get more out of their systems without adding complexity. Whether I'm inside a large company or building something new, I focus on the same thing: taking complicated ideas and turning them into products that actually work.
